About the service:

You can change the particulars of a private limited company any time after incorporation, by passing a resolution. All changes must be communicated to Companies House. We can help you complete and submit the necessary documentation to be shared with Companies House for as low as £70.

Services include:

Directors and company secretaries, for example new appointments, resignations or changes to their personal details
Changing your company name
Changing your registered office address
Changing your accounting reference date
Changes to your ‘people with significant control’ (PSC) information
Changes to your company’s share structure, for example if you issue new shares
Details of any new mortgages it has or mortgages it has paid off
Issue/ transfer of share

Some changes may need you to pass a resolution. Where necessary, we will also take care of communication of change of particulars to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
