HOW DOES THIS SERVICE WORK?
It's very simple! You can simply scan your original documents and email the file to us, on receipt of your file, we process your data and your accounting records are updated. You will be emailed soft copies of reports such as financial statements, aged debtor and creditor reports and bank statements on a pre-agreed frequency, alternatively we will provide you the formatted Excel Spread sheet where you can simply record the transaction, the sheet would be well classified and it wouldn’t require you to have any knowledge of accounting at all.
